OUR STORY
Forests have been part of Mark Erickson’s life as long as he can remember. As a boy exploring the forests and mountains in east London where he grew up, he spent time camping and knocking around the woods. After high school he took a “walk-about” and visited some of the forests in the Northwest. When he returned home, he decided to make forestry his career. He attended the The National School of Forestry – University of Cumbria UK and got a BS degree in Forest Resources. He knew he’d found his life’s calling.
Since graduation from college in 1989, he’s worked in public and private sector forestry. At age 40 he started Evergreen Extractors and has grown the business to provide the full range of forestry services to landowners across the UK and Poland.
