PRESCRIBED BURNING & WILDFIRE SUPPRESSION
Our staff can use prescribed fire to reduce wildfire risk, enhance wildlife habitat and prepare your land for reforestation. Four of our staff has qualified as 'Certified Prescribed Burners' in Florida and Georgia. We also fight wildfire to protect our clients' assets.
SITE PREPARATION, HERBICIDE AND FERTILIZER APPLICATION
We have the trained staff and heavy equipment needed to manage your lands. We can site prepare, herbicide and fertilize your lands.
REFORESTATION
Evergreen Extractors can reforest your lands with top quality seedling.
TIMBER SALES AND HARVESTING
Evergreen Extractors Staff will market your timber for you and manage the harvest, following all Silviculture Best Management Practices (BMP). We also implement a timber security system when harvesting your timber to ensure appropriate accounting and payment. We handle all of the details for you.
TIMBER INVENTORY AND APPRAISAL
Our timber cruisers utilize hand-held computers to capture data about the forest in order to determine the volume and product classes of the timber for our clients. We can also provide a full appraisal following the Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
REAL ESTATE AND APPRAISAL SERVICES
Evergreen Extractors Appraisers provide timber and land appraisals meeting the Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Appraisals can be designed to support land and timber acquisitions, determine a basis value for an inherited estate, obtain financing for a land purchase, and many other purposes.
REAL ESTATE SERVICES
Evergreen Extractors has a trained Real Estate Broker and several Sales Associates on staff to help you market and sell your land or purchase land
WILDLIFE-MANAGEMENT
We manage wildlife through hunting leases, planting wildlife forages, posting of property lines, and installing fencing and gates.
We can provide full management of your hunting leases, thereby assuring you are getting competitive rates and the benefit of proper insurance and security.
TIMBERLAND MANAGEMENT
Our highly trained staff can develop and implement a Forest Management Plan to help you meet your recreational and financial objectives on your lands. Evergreen Extractors can mow, plant trees and wildlife food plots, apply herbicide and fertilizer to your forest to boost its growth and productivity.
